## Product

**What is Farolume?** Farolume is a visibility platform for marketers and agencies. It tracks Google rankings (SEO), whether AI assistants mention your brand (AEO), and whether AI search cites your site (GEO) in one dashboard.

**How is this different from a normal SEO rank tracker?** Rank trackers stop at Google. Farolume also checks AI answers for brand mentions and citation share, then (on paid plans) ties that to Google Analytics so you can see whether AI search drives visits and revenue.

**What do SEO, AEO, and GEO mean here?** SEO is Google search ranks for the keywords you track. AEO is whether AI assistants mention your brand when buyers ask. GEO is whether AI search cites your website as a source.

**Who is Farolume for?** In-house marketers tracking one brand across Google and AI, and agencies that need multiple client brands, PDF reports, and a clear way to show clients what AI visibility is worth.

**Does Farolume write or publish content for me?** No. Farolume measures visibility and, on paid plans, turns gaps into a prioritized fix list. You (or your agency) still own the content and site changes.

## Tracking

**Which AI engines and search surfaces do you track?** Google rankings for SEO. Brand mentions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Bing Copilot. Citation share in Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Weekly checks on the keywords and questions you track.

**How often do checks run?** Weekly on every plan. Pro and Agency can email you when something material changes.

**Is Discover included on Free?** Yes. Discover suggests keywords and AI questions on Free, Pro, and Agency. Tracking slots still follow your plan limits.

**Do I need Google Search Console or Analytics to start?** No. Add a brand and start tracking immediately. Search Console import and Google Analytics attribution are Pro and Agency extras.

**How does Google Analytics attribution work?** On Pro and Agency, link GA4 in Settings. Farolume maps AI-driven sessions next to mention trends so you can show visits, sign-ups, and sales from AI search.

**Can I track different countries or languages?** Yes on Pro and Agency. Each brand can use its own country and language.

## Plans & billing

**Is there a free trial?** Yes. 14 days of Pro, no card required.

**Do I need a credit card to start?** No. Sign up, run the Pro trial, and only add billing if you want to keep Pro or Agency after the trial.

**What happens when the trial ends?** Your workspace moves to Free automatically: one brand, 3 Google keywords, 3 AI questions, and weekly checks. Your tracked items stay; limits apply until you upgrade.

**What is included on Free vs Pro vs Agency?** Free covers one brand with Discover, light limits, and weekly checks. Pro ($20/mo) adds full tracking, competitor comparison, alerts, Search Console, fix recommendations, Google Analytics attribution, and exports. Agency ($80/mo) includes five brands (~$16 each), shared higher limits, everything in Pro per client, plus PDF reports.

**Can I change or cancel my plan?** Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or return to Free from Billing. Agency brand packs can be added after you subscribe.

## Agencies

**Can agencies track more than five brands?** Yes. Agency includes 5 brands; add packs of 5 for +$25/mo each from Billing after you subscribe.

**What do agencies get beyond Pro?** Five client brands, higher shared keyword and AI-question limits (500 · 200), everything in Pro per client, client PDF reports, and optional brand packs.

**Can each client use a different market?** Yes. Each brand can have its own country and language so you can report by client market.
